It started to snow last night, this morning my spring flower bed is covered in snow instead of bathed in sunshine. Snow April 19th must be a record. I was surprised when it snowed late Febuary on my sisters birthday a couple years ago. This March I was shocked further, but late April, soon nothing will surprise me. We will need to change the sayings I grew up with; March in like a Lion, out like a Lamb, April showers bring May flowers.....hmmm, I am not sure where to begin.Saturday, April 19, 2008

Way down here in Seattle we had hail, freezing rain, sleet, snow,lightning and one big clap of thunder. Have not yet dared go look outside this morning to see the results. --Curmudgeon
